1. How to place an order?
If you like a design,
- Click on customise now.
- Submit the pictures and text for customization
- Click place order
You will receive an email from our customer support team to finalise on the design and once you confirm, your order will be sent for production
2. What are the image requirements?
Since these are personalised products, 100% of the reference is the photo given by you. So please ensure you give,
- High quality images
- Front facing picture
- Face with no obstruction
3. How to make sure my order is through?
Once you place your order you will receive an email from our team with order updates.
4. What is the caricature made of?
Caricature is made on acrylic and mounted on wooden stand
5. What is the miniature made of?
Miniatures are made of ceramic and mounded on acrylic stand. Ceramic can be fragile so make sure to be careful with your miniature
6. How durable are the products?
Depends absolutely on how you handle it. Please refer to our care and maintenance section to learn further
8. Can I make changes to the order after it is placed?
You can make changes to the order within first 24 hours of placing the order, after which the order is sent to the manufacturing unit for production and changes will not be accepted.
9. How long does it take to receive my order?
Since these are personalised products, please allow us 7-14 days to work on your products
10. How to cancel my order?
You can cancel the order within first 24 hours of placing the order, after which the order is sent to the manufacturing unit for production and cannot be cancelled
11. Why has my order not reached me yet?
After dispatch your order should reach you within 3-4 working days. If not please write to us - Contact us.
